I. First conversation

We discuss your wishes, your colours and your venue to define the ideal mood together.

II. Concept & Sketch

I create a sketch of your future setting to help you visualise the volumes and the colour harmony.

III. Booking & Preparation

Once the quote is approved and the deposit paid, your date is booked. I then begin crafting your decorations.

IV. Setup on the big day

I handle the complete setup at your venue. All you have to do is enjoy the party!

Frequently asked questions

What if we (the parents) also want to discover the baby's gender on the day?

It’s our speciality and we love being in on the secret! You can hand us your gynaecologist’s sealed envelope in person, or ask a loved one (or your doctor) to text/email us the secret. We’ll prepare the decoration and the reveal balloon in complete discretion. Our lips are sealed until the big moment!

Don’t wait for the ultrasound to book! To guarantee our availability (and that of our rental structures), we recommend blocking your date 4 to 6 weeks in advance. We’ll define the design and the outer colours together. You’ll simply send us the secret of the baby’s gender a few days before the event to finalise the preparation.

We offer several spectacular options to create an unforgettable moment (and beautiful photos!):

  • The giant opaque pop balloon, filled with mini-balloons and pink or blue confetti.

  • The mystery box, from which dozens of helium-filled balloons fly out on opening.

  • We can also incorporate your own idea into our set design (confetti cannons, smoke effects, etc.).

Not at all! The big current trend is neutral, elegant colours: beige, sand white, terracotta, sage green, or a “Boho” theme with pampas grass. The outer décor keeps the mystery intact, and only the inside of the giant balloon (or box) reveals the pink or blue colour at the moment of the reveal.

Absolutely! Our Candy Bar cart blends perfectly into Gender Reveal set-ups. We can dress it with an organic balloon arch and provide our glass candy jars. It’s the perfect spot for your pastries, drinks and the famous reveal cake (Cake Design).

It’s expecting parents’ biggest fear, but rest assured! We use professional-quality balloons, opaque and ultra-resistant, designed specifically for this purpose. During setup, we place it in a safe spot and give you all the simple instructions to handle it without any risk until the final countdown.
