I'm planning a surprise birthday, how do you handle the setup?
We’re the perfect accomplices for your surprises! We agree on a precise time slot together to set up the scene discreetly before the guest of honour arrives. Whether at your home or a venue, the decoration will be ready for the big “Surprise!”.
Can you install the decoration directly at a restaurant or an event hall?
Absolutely. We regularly work with catering and event professionals in Moselle, Luxembourg and Meurthe-et-Moselle. We adapt to the layout of the venue (ceiling height, space constraints) and can even coordinate directly with the venue manager to organise the setup.
Do you offer sequin walls, neon signs and giant light-up numbers?
Yes, that’s what makes the difference for an unforgettable evening! We offer a wide range of high-end structures for hire: sequin walls (shimmer walls), LED neons (“Happy Birthday”, “Let’s Party”…), giant numbers and thrones. Combined with our organic balloon arches, these elements create the perfect photo booth space.
How does the takedown work after the party?
You enjoy your party late into the night, we take care of the rest. We plan a time slot together (usually the next day) to come and dismantle our structures, backdrops and rental accessories. If you wish, you and your guests can of course keep the balloons before we come by!
Do you create personalised decorations for 18th, 30th or 50th birthdays?
Every milestone decade deserves a unique setting. We fully personalise the set-up to your party theme (Gatsby, Chic & Glamour, 80s, Boho…). We can personalise our transparent bubbles or our welcome signs with the person’s name and date of birth for a 100% bespoke touch.
Do you create outdoor balloon arches for summer birthdays?
Yes, we love elevating parties in gardens or on terraces! However, balloons and our structures are very sensitive to the elements. Intense sun can make the latex matte or cause it to burst, and arches catch the wind very strongly.
For safety and aesthetic reasons, we always ask you to plan an indoor backup spot (a living room, a conservatory or a closed marquee) in case of bad weather (wind, rain or heatwave). This way, we can adapt the setup on the day and guarantee perfect decoration, whatever the weather!
What budget should I plan for a complete set-up?
Every event is unique! The price depends on the size of the setup, the number of balloons used, the structures hired (sequin walls, neons) and travel costs (Thionville, Luxembourg, Nancy…). That’s why we work with bespoke quotes. Feel free to contact us with an idea of your theme and a photo of the space, and we’ll suggest a project tailored to your wishes.
